The Very First "FUGLY" Award of Spring 2011

Hello Boys and Girls!

I just couldn't help myself to announce my first "FUGLY" award for Spring 2011... I found these bad boys at Payless Shoe Source. I think we all know that payless is most popular for bogo and having good priced shoes. These are about the weirdest shoes I have ever seen! They are like a mixture of football cleats, sneakers, gladiator sandals, and a chunky heel! So,  I have no idea who was signing off on the final blueprint of this shoe, but whoever did must have seen its potential. I personally could not imagine paying $54.99 for them! Let me know what you think of these shoes? Am I alone here?

Have A Great Day!!

2011 Spruce Up Your Spring Part 2

Hey everyone! Today is going to be the second half of my Top Ten Things Under $100! Enjoy it and let me know what you think!

6. Montagne Jeunesse Fruit Smoothie Masque: $1.99

Oh my gosh I love these masks! These are perfect to help get rid of those impurities on your face or just cleanse your pores. Another great perk is that they come packaged individually for easy use. The price is a $1.99 which is quite a deal in my opinion!

Where To Get These?
~Ulta Stores or http://www.ulta.com

7. Bath And Body Works Candle: $9.50

A candle is one of the easiest ways to keep a constant reminder that Spring has arrived. Some of my favorites are the more fruity ones and sweeter scents. I think Bath & Body Works candles are great because they are good quality, last a long time, and your room will actually smell like the candle.

~Bath and Body Works or http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/

8. Peace Love & Juicy Couture Roller Ball: $18

I love this scent. It is so fresh and reminds me of Spring! A lot of times with higher-end fragrances, they will have roller balls which are essentially the perfume in a to go form. These are great for school and work. Also for a Juicy Couture product, $18 is not a bad price.

Where To get This?
~Sephora
~Juicy Couture
~Select Department Stores

9. Oscar Blondie Pronto Invisible Volumizing Dry Shampoo Spray: $11 for 1.4oz

This shampoo is great for those days when you do not have enough time to shower. As it starts to get warmer in these months, it is nice to have a backup is case something goes wrong. This product is also very easy to use and has a great scent.

Where To Get This?
~Sephora
~Ulta

10. Sephora Body Scrub Tube: $8

These are lightly scented body scrubs that will help exfoliate your skin. It will also leave your skin soft and silky. The scents are also very good and remind me of Spring. In fact I can't use these during the winter because the scent is too fruity and just makes me miss the warmer months!

2011 Spruce Up Your Spring for under $100!

Hello everyone! Today and tomorrow I am going to be talking about my top ten items that I absolutely love for Spring! In every magazine they will give you the top ten things for under $100. My problem with those posts are that they may be under $100, but all ten of those items could cost anywhere from $500 to $1000! All of these products I am going to talk about are great and can also transition into the summertime. My goal with this post is to get everything under $100. So, Here are my top ten things for under $100! This post will be seperated into two days! Today is my top five and tomorrow will be the next five!

1. Beauty Rush Double Body Mist: $12

I suggest these sprays because they have two major benefits. First off, they soften your skin while leaving a nice light scent. The second reason is because they are a great value for the amount of product you are getting! Be sure to remember that like any body spray, they do not have the longest staying power, but if you were to pop it into your purse, you could have it to travel with you. Also may I say that the colors of the body sprays are quite appealing! Who doesn't love lime green and bright blue?

Spring Scents I Suggest:
~Appletini
~Wild Pear
I like these scents because they scream SPRING to me, but all the scents smell good and are quite wearable year-round.

You can find these sprays at Victoria's Secret Stores or on www.victoriassecret.com

2. Scarves: $10

I love scarves. They are a great accessory and they can really dress up an outfit. I look at scarves like a no brainer outfit because you can do pretty much anything you want and have your scarf match. To continue to keep this 10 things under $100, try to find a scarf that is under $10. This is quite easy to do if you look in the right spots.

~Bold Florals
~Bright Colors
~Everyday Wearable Colors
~Lace Detailing

Where to get them?
~Any drugstore or grocery store

Suggested Flavors:
Any!

4. Evian Face Spray: To-Go Pack $12

I like to think of these as the MAC Fix+ Dupes. These sprays can be used for a variety of things such as refreshing your makeup, face moisturizer, and a nice skin cooling on a hot day. Sephora has a great deal where you get to travel size for $12! That way you can keep one at home and one in your purse!

5. Maybelline Shine Sensational Lip Gloss: $3-5 depending on store

These little tubes of gloss are amazing! They are not to sticky while not being to slippery... They have a great variety of colors and they almost always have some type of sale going on! I highly recommend these because you have so many options!
